In Coach Alioto’s first seven years as a head coach he has an impressive
record of 138-54. Highlights are four straight TCAL titles (2007- 2010),
1 CCS Championship, Nor-Cal semi-finalist in 2007, and CCS Finalists
in 2008 & 2010. His Palma teams have advanced at least to the CCS
Semi-Finals the last 6 years. Alioto spent 4 years as a Junior College
Assistant, 3 years as an NCAA Division II Assistant, and 3 years as a
High School Assistant.
Alioto has coached 8 Division I Scholarship players, with 4 playing professionally
overseas. 3 of the 8 that have played at Division I schools have earned
Conference Player of the Year Awards and All-State Honors – most
notably Palma alums EJ Rowland and Orlando Johnson. Alioto was the lead
Assistant on 2 Hartnell teams that made the JC Elite 8 Tourney with the
2003 team featuring EJ Rowland. His 2007 team produced the second most
wins in school history with a 27-3 record, lead by Orlando Johnson. Orlando
was just named a Mid-Major All American for the second year in a row.
Alioto was the top Assistant to Bob Burlison at CSUMB in 1999 in which
that team had a 25-game improvement, Conference Championship and an appearance
in the NAIA National Tournament. In 1996, he was the top Assistant at
Hawaii-Hill on a team that made an 8-game improvement and finished 2nd
in the conference. The Head Coach was voted Coach of the Year in the
conference and together they produced the first NCAA DII All-American
in School history.
On working with 1% Basketball, Coach Alioto states “Jeremy brings
some of the best new ideas to skill training I have seen in my 17 years
of coaching. His program is based upon overload training and his drills
are functional. This allows the player to maximize his time and potential
when using his program. I am excited to be certified under 1% CLUB
and be able to spread his training philosophies into the Monterey County
area.”

age-appropriate, challenging curriculum, mixed
with our functional training aids. Jeremy
Russotti is the inventor of some of the top training
aids used throughout the NBA/NCAA to CYO programs. This
includes the J-Glove Shooting Aid, V-Bands (Velocity
Bands), and O-Bands (resistive bands). Therefore,
your son and daughter will be training with the
same equipment used with his professional athletes
in his "Green Room Training Program". To
